By placing an order with us, it is understood that you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

A Contract between the customer and Oliver and Co. for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and placed on the Oliver and Co. website (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods). Oliver and Co. reserve the right to cancel any order at any time providing no payment has been taken. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All Oliver and Co. prices are inclusive of GST.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.oliverandco.com, please follow the steps listed below:

If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods. The items must then be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered/recorded/insured delivery only. We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us that we have not received and signed for.
Any item purchased via telephone, mail order or internet must be returned directly to: Oliver and Co. Sales Department, PO Box 117, Karrinyup WA 6921

Return of Faulty Products

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery.

Return of Items in order to exchange due to incorrect sizing

We will cover the cost of sending out a size exchange of a like for like shoe provided the original is sent back in resaleable condition.

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure Pay Pal environment by credit card or eftpos.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in AUD Dollars ($) and are inclusive of AUD goods and services tax at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Delivery

Your goods will be dispatched from the Oliver and Co. Warehouse within 7 working days of receiving the order. However, most orders are dispatched within a few days. If, for some reason they are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to organise a replacement or refund.

Communication

We will attempt to communicate with customers by email. All relevant information about your order will be sent to the email address you have provided to us. If the matter is urgent and you have provided a telephone number, we will contact you via phone.

Conformity Of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

We also take no responsibility for incorrect information relayed by press or marketing as at times it is outside our control to ensure true representation by the media. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check all information found in sources other than the Oliver and Co. website to be factual and true.

If at any time you wish to un-subscribe to the Oliver and Co. Mailing List, please contact us immediately via email with your name and email address and we will ensure you are removed you from the O + Co. Mailing list within 48 hours of receiving your email.
